Meanwhile, freelance journalists committed to exploring underreported international issues struggle to support their careers and find a home for their reporting. That\u2019s sparked creative collaborations like the Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting\u2019s recently launched Catalyst Fund, which aims to foster strategic partnerships with major news outlets to support work by freelance multimedia journalists on important global issues.
