Carlos is an Emmy award winning executive producer at KNBC, NBC 4 in Los Angeles. He leads a team of more than a dozen producers and writers and manages the content for the Noon, 5p and 6p broadcasts. Carlos is a graduate of Prairie View A&M University. His experience has taken him through TV stations in Houston, San Antonio, Dallas, Miami and Los Angeles.
