Manoush Zomorodi is the host and managing editor of WNYC’s Note to Self, a podcast about finding balance in the digital age. Every week she investigates how technology is changing the human experience and experiments with ways to better manage modern life. Most recently, Manoush spearheaded Bored and Brilliant, a week-long challenge that got thousands of people across the country rethinking their relationship with their phones and jumpstarting their creativity. She often fills in as host for The Brian Lehrer Show, The Leonard Lopate Show, and On The Media and has contributed to NPR, Quartz, Inc., MSNBC, WNBC, and The Dr. Oz Show. In 2014, she was named Outstanding Host by the Alliance for Women in Media. Prior to WNYC, Manoush reported and produced for BBC News and Thomson Reuters. She is the author of the ebook guide Camera Ready: How to Present Your Best Self and Ideas On Air or Online.
